With each thermal cycle lasting around 6 hours, the module was in the climatic chamber for around 3600 hours. Notice that IEC 61215 suggests 200 cycles as a representative acceleration factor for 25 years of lifetime with a power degradation of no more than 5%. We subjected our module 3 times the recommended duration resulting in less than 0,5% of degradation.
